This short book tells the tale of attorney Theodore Arthur Pinnock.
Mr. Pinnock was born on October 19, 1962 in Hartford, Connecticut -
poor, Black and with cerebral palsy. In 1970 he was placed into a
long-term facility for the disabled and in 2011 he agreed to a
settlement with the State Bar Of California. This book gives a
glimpse into how Mr. Pinnock emerged from no where to become
the \"infamous Attorney Pinnock.” The California State Bar
investigated Mr. Pinnock for eight years because he practices,
fearlessly, disability rights law. This book sheds light on how Mr.
Pinnock\'s fearlessness was developed in the institution and from his
family. This fearlessness propelled him from the bottom to the top
and kept him from giving up during his fall. Much of life is about
rising from the bottom and rising from the fall. Most people never rise
from the bottom, and if they do, they never rise from the fall.
