| The Muse Cafe Quarterly is an online e-zine that publishes
contemporary art, poetry, prose, short fiction, flash fiction, and personal
essays.
We publish four issues of our magazine a year: July, October, January,
and April.
We strive to showcase only the best of the web and are interested in
new artists/authors, as well as those distinguished in their craft.
We also have what we call The Showcased Poet, which is included in
each of our issues and consists of a full bio, picture, and 7-10 works
from the poet we choose. The showcased poet also wins our quarterly
Writers Grab Bag.
The Muse Cafe is always looking for new faces and quality work, and
often will solicit artists, if and when they see fit, in addition to
submissions.
We also take into strong consideration the recommendations of our
showcased artists, and fellow readers. So, if you know an artist/author
that deserves to have their poetry/writing/art work published via our
e-zine you can refer them to us at stacylynnmar@yahoo.com.
Please remember that just because someone is referred doesn't
necessarily mean they will make it into our magazine, that choice is left
to the discretion of the editor.
