"Death Across the Pond"is the continuation of the Sanderson family saga, the second of four novels which take the newly-formed family from Bemidji, Minnesota to Bosnia-Hercegovina and Italy, then onto Ireland and the UK. They must deal with a horrific plane crash, blindness and disability, and ultimately an emotional pilgrimage and holiday.
The family has inherited an inordinate amount of money and they end up being stalked by someone. Their adventures entail the death of a dear friend who is murdered and a second person almost being killed in a car bombing. They unwittingly end up right in the middle of an assassin's revenge, with more killings and international intrigue. You may think these evil people can be far away from your daily life, but sometimes they are right under your nose - as the Sandersons find out first hand.
But as always, goodness wins out eventually. However, in the interim, the assassin continues to create havoc for the family, then local police, who become more and more involved with the family, friends and a local village in the North of Lancashire, England. Another death occurs, but who is it? And, as with all books in this series, it's a cliff-hanger - someone else dies and I certainly won't tell who it is! Can you guess?
