How does a company grow from being a one-person start-up to a corporate with an international future? What human resources and marketing strategies do they employ? And what role do entrepreneurs play in helping to transform South Africa’s economy?
Corporate Research Foundation, drawing on the resources of a top investigative and writing team, met with 50 of South Africa’s most promising companies and entrepreneurs, in order to learn the answers to these questions.
The people behind these organisations talked about issues such as the implementation of diversity, quality consciousness, environmental initiatives and employee wellbeing, as well as commitment to innovation and the growth potential of the company. What each organisation has in common is a passionate enthusiasm for their product or service and a belief in their ability to succeed.
