| At present, I am working as Senior Technical Writer at NetSol Technologies, Lahore, Pakistan. In this capacity, I have to create and maintain user documentation (such as user manuals, technical guides, and online help systems) for applications pertaining to leasing and finance, banking, transportation, library management, helpdesk, and more. Other responsibilities include document proofreading, editing, re-writing, and updating. Coaching new and existing team members is also an important aspect of my job. Making presentations to clients and guests, be they foreign or local, is also on my task list. Trainings include sessions on Software Project Management, Software Measurement, and the Organization Standard Software Process at NetSol. I have also attended the STC India 7th Annual Conference in Dec. 2005.
