| Silent Dances is the second book in the StarBridge series. Kathy O'Malley and I plotted the book, she wrote the first draft, I wrote the second, she wrote the third, and then, together, we cut the book for our Berkley editor.
I love writing this book. Silent Dances was the first science fiction novel to feature a Deaf protagonist, and it was on the Preliminary ballot for SFWA's Nebula Award.
