Four very large technology references |

| Since 1998, I have had four very large references published by one of the leading international high-end academic/technology publishers.
One is softcover and three are hardcover published under the name I use for nonfiction. They are all approximately 1,000 pages of very small type. In fact, the collective word count of these books is equivalent to several dozen novels.
Two are considered bestsellers in their respective specialty categories and three of the four are still in print. All have earned out their advances and are earning royalties in addition to subsidiary rights.
The first volume sold out in only 3.5 months and had to be quickly reprinted to meet demand. At the time it was reprinted, it had attained a sales rank of 2,200 on Amazon.com. | |
