| The volume now presented constitutes, besides an excellent MA dissertation by the author, defended with honor at Metropolitan University of santos, a current theme of supreme importance for Law and Jusphilosophy.
Complex versatile systems designate a theme that the most recent science has been discussing and applying to several fields of knowledge, and that concerns from a bacteria which has become resistant, till human brain, history and culture.
So, it supposes a dynamic and interconnected net, capable of self producing, which exchanges information with the environment, influences and is influenced, learning from the experience, and transforming itself through the very same, and compressing the regularities noticed on schemes or patterns which allow prescriptions and previews of behaviors.
This wide concept of contemporary science was brought into the depths of Law by the author, denoting its relevance, and the possibility of juridical insertion in wider horizons and pertinent to contemporaneity.
Subjects in evidence such as port-modernity, globalization, ideologies, complexity, the systemic thought, holograms and the change in patterns, were focused translating a panel about the main issuers emerging in the period in course.
The concern with justice and the social is also present, stressing the anxiety of placing Law in the ambit where it may be an efficient way in what concerns the human being, its primordial aim.
