A Prayer Resource Manual is a tool for those with an active
prayer life, for those whose prayer journey is somewhat rocky, for
those who have ceased to pray and for those who have not yet
experienced the power of prayer. The manual began in the 1960s as
a prayer journal and over the decades grew into quite a voluminous
work. This has now been edited down and converted to a multimedia format. Never-the-less it still contains four hundred and seventy-nine biblical references and over seventy quotations and covering all aspects of prayer.
Dr Hartley says, ‘Read recorded the prayers of the academic
and those of the child. Read here summaries of the observations of
the greatest of preachers and the colour of the greatest poets. Read
of answered prayers and why some are not. Read, marvel, and pray.' Available from The Good News Unlimited Electronic Library
