Pode descobrir ainda que, dependendo das circunstâncias, um copo de água tem mais valor que um diamante e que a alegria pode gerar mais riqueza que o trabalho. Vai perceber, então, que este é um livro que usa a literatura para falar da Ciência Econômica, conciliando o realismo fantástico dos escritores com o realismo frio e calculista dos economistas. The Last Temptation of Marx is a singular book where literature and fiction if mix. In its histories the reader can come across itself with an unusual press conference granted by Karl Marx, the father of the communism, duly revived to explain the failure of the socialism in the European East. He can also participate of an improbable meeting in the Paradise in the which God decides, with the explicita connivance of S.Pedro, convoke the economists so that they explain the value of the goods. Of course, front the eccentricity of subjects as these the reader could think that it deals with a fiction book and is truth. The chronicles of this book count histories, tell cases and have the fantastic realism as subject, but they do not deal with only fiction, also deal with economy. E thus, at the same time that it is had fun with the economic doubts of God and the new prophecies of Marx, the reader can take knowledge of the basic estimated ones of the neoliberalismo or the principles of the utopian socialism. It can still discover that, depending on the circumstances, a water cup has more value that a diamond and that the joy can generate more wealth that the work. It goes to perceive, then, that this is a book that uses literature to speak of Economic Science, conciliating the fantastic realism of the writers with the cold and calculating realism of the economists. The Last Temptation of Marx is not, therefore, directed only for the economists it is a book for all those that they desire to join the pleasure of the knowledge I specify with the inigualável delight to read a history.
