| LAW AND ORDER, an American magazine for police administrators, responded to my query about the-then innovative "storefront" policing techniques just beginning to be seen in North America communities.

Interviews with dozens of police officers, community volunteers, and police administrators, made the article come alive. LAW AND ORDER bought it, complete with many of the pictures I took. More of the article can be seen at my website under the Articles section (http://members.shaw.ca/sandra-bell/index.html)
