BORN AND BRED IN WALVISBAY, NEVER REALLY KNEW WHAT IT WAS TO BE A WRITER, BUT BACK IN THE DAYS AT SCHOOL I WAS OBSSESSED WITH WRITING ESSAYS, WHEN WE WERE TASKED TO WRITE 100 WORDS I COULD NOT GET MY PEN TO STOP WRITING AND HAD TO SUMMARISE ALL OVER AGAIN AND THUS LOST SOME OF MY BEST WORK. I HOWEVER LOVED WRITING AND WHEN THE HIP HOP CULTURE STARTED IN WALVIS BAY BACK IN 96 WE STARTED WRITING RHYMES, IT ELLEVATED MY WRITING AND TEACHERS TOOK NOTE OF IT, I WAS ALWAYS THE BEST IN MY ENGLISH CLASS AND I REMEMBER MY MENTOR MR. PICKERING ALWAYS TOLD MY FELLOW LEARNERS OF HOW GOOD I WAS, I WAS PROBABLY THE NAUGHTIEST STUDENT IN HIS CLASS BUT NEVER ONCE DID I GET A BEATING IN HIS CLASS, BECAUSE EVERYTIME I WROTE HE WOULD RAVE AROUND WITH MY ESSAY IN HIS HAND AND BEAT THE OTHER STUDENTS WHO WROTE MEDIOCRE STUFF. I GOT OBBSESSED, I SAW HOW GOOD HE FELT WHEN HE READ MY STUFF AND SO I ALWAYS WANTED TO GIVE HIM THE NEXT HIGH. THE REST IS HISTORY.
