A writer and journalist with over 22 years experience, I am very versatile in my writing style and use my photography whenever possible to augment my articles and books. I am an award winning photographer and writer, with publishing credits in Canada, the UK, Ireland and United States. As a technical writer I have experience with a wide range of writing projects including mechanical, electrical and retube procedures, and training material in the nuclear industry, software manuals/guides, policy and procedural manuals and 'quick-tip' guides for film and digital photography.

I have published articles and photography in various newspapers and magazines both regionally, nationally and internationally on a wide variety of topics including travel, history, culture, environmental and farming issues.

I am the author of "Shipwrecks Off the East Coast", and "New Brunswick: Facts, Firsts and Innovations"; co-author of "Scenic St. Martins: Jewel of the Bay of Fundy" (2011) and "A Pictorial Walk Through Historic Saint John: Canada's Oldest City".

I currently serve as the Southwest NB (SWNB) chapter president of the Professional Writers Association of Canada (PWAC) and serve on the board of the Writers Federation of New Brunswick (WFNB).

Interests: I specialize in technical writing/editing, photography/photo-essay, event photography, news and feature articles, travel writing, historical projects, advertorials and research.
