Having written numerous features and reviews for the UK's first Muslim lifestyle
magazine, emel, she moved to Dubai in 2008 to continue developing her skills as a
writer and journalist. Her first role, as the Associate Editor for Arabian Woman and
Arabian Man magazines, required her to handle 16 sections within the magazines.
She wrote cover stories, relationships features, restaurant reviews, celebrity profiles
and much more. Her role gave her the opportunity to interview a range of diverse
personalities within the UAE - from sheikhs to entrepreneurs, fashion designers to
business tycoons.
After a successful stint at AW and AM magazines, she moved on to Madame
Figaro, a prestigious women's fashion title published in 32 countries worldwide.
Tasneem is currently working on her debut novel, and is available for freelance
projects.
