Aimee Laine is the pen name for written works by a prominent North Carolina photographer. Aimee writes all content for the Pure Expressions Photography studio including press releases, articles, web text and newsletters to name a few. Her article, The Making of the Vagina Monologues was published online by Wake Living Magazine in April 2009.

Her love of writing began in the sixth grade when she self-published six hand-made books, complete with colorful images. Today, those image are replaced with her award winning photographs.

Aimee has an MBA from North Carolina State University with a concentration in entrepreneurial marketing. As a small business owner, she’s no stranger to the need for effective marketing and amazing customer service. Her photography studio was voted Best Kept Secret by the readers of the Cary News and Small Business of the Year by the Apex Chamber of Commerce in 2008 in response to her efforts.

Aimee lives in Apex, North Carolina with her husband, son and identical twin daughters.
