First of all, thank you for checking out my bio.

I am a full-time freelance writer for shelter publications. My specialties include architecture and design, but I've also written travel and lifestyle articles. The main focus of my work in recent years has been tile. I go to trade shows, visit factories, talk to dealers all over North America, and write lots of articles about tile. Call me a tile geek if you must, just don't hire anyone else to write about tile!

My work has been published in Dwell, New Home, Flair Magazine, Domino Magazine, Tile Dealer Magazine, Deck World Magazine, New Mountain Community and The News & Observer, among others.

Recently, I edited a book on tile called, Cement Tile: The Evolution of an Art Form.
