He studied at ETH Zurich (Industrial Engineering and Operations Research) and at INSEAD business school in France. He joined HP, AT&T and became Director of Marketing for Switzerland at UNISYS in 1987. After founding Rohner & Collegen in 1991 he held project assignments in Europe and Russia (Russian Telecom).
Kurt recognized the importance of the Internet at its infant stage in 1995 and published two books in German on the subject of Internet-marketing 1996 and the "Internet-Guide for Managers" 1997. The book "Marketing in the Cyber Age" was published by Wiley&Son in 1998.
Kurt is involved in many major projects in Transaction Management.
