January Keck is a fresh free-style writing voice. Her collection of short stories are now published in two volumes. Published by Quill Books, SparrowCrowne Press, and Ladybug (children's) Press.
Known for her persuasive, cutting edge commercial industry trade articles, she has been featured in Texas Tow Line, Towing & Recovery Footnotes, and Texas Towing & Storage Association. She is a former feature writer/columnist for the NAWW (the National Association of Women Writers). She currently presents a monthly column on the arts in the Seneca Journal.
Ms. Keck enjoys ghost-writing, having accepted past political HOT POTATO writing assignments that have caused her to be affecionately dubbed a "hired ink assassin" by her peers.
She enjoys encouraging other emerging writers and has worked on AOL with teams of writers to produce poetry and fictional prose.
In her "spare time" she plays with her sheepdog, Teddi, adopted golden retriever, Harley, and Sugar Blue Muffin Cherie (a Shih tzu).
