He has a 20+ years career as a management professional. He is the CEO & President, Advisory & Learning Consultant of Kingdom Fortunes Development Group, a privately-held minority-owned corporate leadership, training, and development consulting firm in Atlanta, which specializes in personnel employment services, educational advisory services, career management coaching, career transition services and personal branding.
Recently, Mr. Brown published his first book called Careergonomics: A Practical Guide for Mastering Personal Development and Employment Success in the 21st Century Global World. He is recognized as a Continuing Education Professional with the National Registry of CPE Sponsors of the National Association of the State Board of Accountancy. He is a registered and certified Management Professional in the National Restaurant Association Foundation and a certified trainer. He has held several leadership positions such as Operations Director, District Manager, Regional and District Training/ Development Manager, Corporate Trainer, Training Manager and General Manager in World Class Organizations and Multinational Corporations such as YUM! Brands, the world largest food retailer, RTM Restaurant Group, the world largest franchise group and the world largest franchiser of the Arby's brand, and Concessions International, the world largest airport foodservice provider, and Brinker International, the world’s leader in casual dining.
