I am a widely-published writer of articles, literary essays, book reviews and poems — with credits including multiple articles in Writer’s Digest and The National Enquirer. A frequent contributor of poems and essays to magazines such as Abbey and Thunder Sandwich, I have recent publications in Chiron Review, Word Catalyst, Hemingway's Shotgun, and Still Crazy. I also have poetry forthcoming in Abbey, LiteraryMary, Nefarious Ballerina, and The Dead Mule, which will publish an online chapbook in 2009. In addition, I write an online wine column about quality affordable wines called Ten Dollar Tastings. Recently, I provided the preface to Rodger Jacobs' book, Mr. Bukowski's Wild Ride.
I am happily married to fellow writer Trina Allen. Interests: Poetry, writing, spending time with wife and dog, wine, exercise, fretting over my blood pressure, being a comedian, computers, marketing writing, laughing, watching movies and my favorite TV shows
