I have been writing and publishing poetry, short fiction, and articles for many years, with a break from 1980 to 2000, when I began writing again. During that break, I wrote several booklets for the mental health field, which were self-published by Tortoise & Hare Publications in Seattle, and sold through a local mental health center where I worked as a counselor. Work published in magazines and journals include:

Poetry. Book: "We Play Each Other Like Jazz Musicians" (St. Paul, MN, Tangent Publications, 1975) "For Jonathan, who at eight is a poet" (broadsheet), Smith Park Poetry Series, St. Paul, 1975.
