I have worked in the medical field for nearly my entire adult life, and I have also had some relation with the military my entire adult life. Currently I work in Nuclear Medicine in Greenville, South Carolina.
I am married with three boys, and my family is a primary focus of my life.
I have written one book, a historical novel titled A Sound of Distant Thunder. This is based upon the last year of the Civil War as it was experienced in Virginia. This is a 685 page novel and was published in May 2008.
I anticipate retiring from the National Guard in November 2008, at which time I hope to have more time to write. Interests: Writing, Reading, Music, Fly Fishing
