Steve Watkins

Agent: none
San Diego, United States

Went to Caltech and received BS in Physics and Philosophy.
I met Richard Feynman when I was his temporary chauffeur for about 4 months. He influenced my life greatly. I wrote this new book partly to document funny stories for my son and future grandchildren, partly as an exercise to guess what Feynman would say today about current events, such as the shifting global economy and global climate change.

After graduating from Caltech, I traveled the world and played music for a living for about 5 years. Then I moved into the world of high-tech.
I went back to school and received an MS and PhD from UCSD in Elecrical and Computer Engineering.

I have written several technical books and I am currently a consultant for chip design in wireless communications.

Married with one wife, one son and one dog.
Living in San Diego. Play gigs with a bar band from time to time, see www.therailheads.com.
