Lee Thomas possesses a D.Sc. degree in sociology and has an extensive background working with groups and individuals to improve the quality of peoples' lives. Thomas was the editor of Production Update and during his time at the helm built this publication to a position of outranking all magazines in the field including the daily editions of The Hollywood Reporter and Variety (verified by BPA audit).
As a photo-journalist, Thomas covered a wide range of film subjects worldwide; this included interviews with major film directors, cinematographers and producers.
Thomas was a lead copywriter for London Press Exchange (at the time, the largest advertising agency in England).
He currently heads the Writers without Borders organization, an active group of dedicated professional writers currently writing fiction and non-fiction for publication.
