Other US, United States Email: kiffnkerry@aol.com Kerry Madden's first novel, OFFSIDES, was published by William Morrow and optioned by Jim Henson Productions. A one hour pilot was developed by Lifetime of OFFSIDES. Kerry's second novel, HOP THE POND, is making the rounds at publishing houses. She has recently finished a third novel, THE GALLERY and a new play, CHATTANOOGA FLAMENCO. She has written for the LA Times, LA Times Sunday Magazine, Salon, Shenandoah, Amaryllis, Apria, Consumer Health Interactive, Oxygen, HipMama, Chicago Review Press, and others. She is working on two children's books: GENTLE'S HOLLER and VOTE FOR ME, PLEASE. Her newest book, WRITING SMARTS, will be in stores in June of 2002. She has worked as a ghostwriter and has also written several spec scripts and treatments. She teaches Introduction to Fiction Writing at UCLA Writers Extension and runs a writing workshop out of her home. She also teaches with PEN WEST in the PEN-IN-THE-CLASSROOM series.
