Teaching Tai Chi as the Teapotmonk in England, I decided to change course before I ended up where I was apparently heading. After a rather strong coffee one morning in the June drizzle of East London, I fantasised about an Iberian existence. I then trained in Spanish and Information technology, and came to Spain 10 years ago just as W95 hit the streets and John Major began to sweat over wild poll predictions.
The world has moved on somewhat since that moment in time. Or has it? On a quest to find a meaning in the work I do and the life I lead, I have composed a web site: teapotmonk.com to track this process and hopefully discover that with the aid of an ipod and a broadband connection the mysteries of life will unveil themselves to me.
I have written for several Spanish publications as well as on-line resources.
Interests: Taoism, travel, politics in spain, ecology and tourism and technology, cultural adaptation and culture clash.
