Mary Ellen graduated from Marymount College, Tarrytown, NY.
She is the mother of two young children Charlyne age 6 and Jacob age 3. Although her family has a home in NYC her husband Corey was transferred to Washington DC in 2008 so they kept their home in NY and purchased another one in Brooklyn Park, MD. With her Daughter in school they spend most of their time in their MD residence.

Mary Ellen has a BA from Marymount College. She also did some graduate course work at MCP Hahnemann University in Art & Dance Therapy. For over 10 years she was an ice skating coach. Later she became a District Manager for a Fortune 50 Company. She accomplished these things despite being diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder.

Upon graduation from Marymount College Mary Ellen's father had terminal cancer and she chose to help her family care for him at home. He died of cancer approximately ten months later but the experience left her with an original diagnosis of Separation Anxiety. Her attacks increased and she had GAD, Panic Attacks and Agoraphobia which left her housebound for nearly 7 months.

Currently, I'm married and the Mother of 2 small children. I have 2 home based businessess.

Currently I'm doing a series of SELF HELP Video's on YouTube. The Channel has video's that help people succeed in MLM but most of the video's are for a broader audience.
We cover topics such as Goal Setting, Positive Mindset, Time Management and the ideas keep flowing.

Since my "Anxiety Disorder Workbook" came from courses I was teaching online in a chat room I created for people with Anxiety. I shared what worked in 20 lessons to overcome and rid myself of anxiety.

Now I'm using my past experience as a Competitive Ice Skater,Academic Success, Recovered Agrophobic, Successful Network Marketer, & what Parenting 2 young children to help other people realize their Goals and Dreams. We share what has worked for us to succeed not only professionally but also in personal relationships.

It is my Goal to take my "self help" video's and organize them into a Book/CD Series. Currently I'm just having fun free thinking and sharing what has worked for me to achieve success, overcome challenges and accomplish goals.
