Mphutlane Wa Bofelo has performed at various events and festivals including the Capetown International Bookfair and Poetry Africa, and is also Winner of the poetry africa 2004 Slam Poetry Contest and the 2006 Durban Slamjam and the KZN 2004 Slam Poetry Champion of Champions.
