Gaetan Giannini an Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Department of Business, Management and Economics at Cedar Crest College. He has written "Marketing Public Relations: A Marketer's guide to Public Relations and Social Media," for Prentice Hall as well as a columnist for the Eastern PA Business journal and contributor to Lehigh Valley Style Magazine.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from Temple University and a MBA from Seton Hall University, Gaetan worked for a small company before moving to a multi-national firm, where he managed 45 regional sales personnel for the Eastern United States and Canada. After several years of intense business traveling Gaetan started his own business and marketing consulting firm, Giannini O’Connor LLC. Gaetan serves on the Board of Directors for the Lehigh Valley Ad Club (local chapter of the American Advertising Federation). In 2003 he was selected by the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal as one of the top 20 business people under the age of 40.
Gaetan is married and has two sons. His wife is a physical therapist. His two sons, are avid sports enthusiasts who participate in youth football and baseball. In his free time, Gaetan enjoys reading, running, coaching youth baseball and cooking.
