I seem to have written 26 books most of which have been published in numerous languages that I don't understand. I even wrote "The Reader's Digest Complete Book of Embroidery" which was quite an accomplishment since I am not particularly good at sewing.
If you really have nothing better to do you can check out my published book list here:
I guess what I have proved is that you can be a successful author without being a particularly great writer. You can
also make a good living out of writing non-fiction books...
(at this point she delicately flicks a couple of flies off the top of her very blue swimming pool).
These days I spend my time here, in the Dordogne region of south-west France where, for a ridiculously medium sized fee I am happy to accommodate aspiring authors and to help them transform their original non-fiction ideas into manuscripts that no sane publisher would reject. Come for a week and I will teach you 'how to get published' or, if you prefer you can just take a break here to do some writing, enjoy the sun, the wine and the local markets. I
even have central heating. More details on my website - (see above). Visitors must like poodles and pussycats. Go on, you deserve a break! Should also mention that I am also available for the odd writing assignment. Take that as you will.
