I have been published in Educational Journals such as the Ohio Middle School Journal and the National Society of Secondary School Education, and for five years I authored a weekly newspaper column on educational and parenting issues. I love to visit schools to talk about writing. Interests: I enjoy reading, playing the piano and gardening. As a hobby, my husband and I renovate then sell old beach cottages on the Outer Banks.
