I grew up believing that I would someday write creative things to share with everyone around me. I started writing stories as a child, then writing songs as a teen, and finally writing novels and musicals as an adult. I graduated from Northern Michigan University with a double major in vocal performance and graduate-bound English.
I am married to an English teacher who also shares my love of singing and performing in musical theater productions. Incidentally, his mother is an artist. We are all so much alike that sometimes it is nauseating! We have four beautiful children -- all under the age of ten -- and I enjoy teaching them music and watching them as they develop their own love of reading and writing!
Someday I hope to publish some of my written works, finish my Master's in vocal performance, build a cabin in the woods, and be a guest on Jay Leno. It would be great to know that the insanity that is in my brain is not for naught! Interests: Besides being afflicted with word-vomit, as my friends and family like to say, I am also a musician and seamstress. I enjoy sketching and acting as well!
