I have been a writer most of my life since I was a child writing poetry, short stories, and then moving to fiction and non-fiction book projects, and in the last few years have written screen and stage plays. I guess you could say I'm the consumate writer. I also have written many peices for business applications such a marketing scripts, brochures, training curriculums, and policy manuals. Writing is my passion. I also, however, have many other interests such as travelling, saltwater fishing, political economy, watching movies, being a grandfather, and staying healthy. The former list is by no means all-inclusive.

I am an honors graduate with a BA in Political Science coupled with a high concentration in history and Engish literature and for the last sixteen plus years I have served business and industry as a Strategic & Human Capital Development Consultant.

I have published poetry in several anthologies and my first published commercial narrative non-fiction book on political economy is called
CHINA---How Its Progress Will Affect America & The World Economy.

I have recently completed a second work on business leadership specifically on the subject of professional supervision. It's titled:
"SOCIETY'S MOST OVERLOOKED SUPERHERO: THE INCREDIBLE POWER & VALUE OF PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISORS & THEIR IMPACT ON CIVIL SOCIETIES."

Currently, I am half-way through a book project called LEADERNOMICS which is a treatise on the concept of macro LEADERNOMICS, a term which was coined and developed by the author. It basically illustrates the science of LEADERNOMICS, whether positive or negative, and reveals the dynamics of both and how they impact peoples, economies, cultures, and nations within a democratic form of government.

My father's World War II Memoirs which I am writing posthumously called Sargent Ray will also be forthcoming.

In addition, I am half way through two fiction novels, one with a controversial social message and the other based upon a true crime story.

Finally, I have written two screenplays, both comedies, and a melodrama stage play on racial relations. Additionally, I have just completed the first act of another screen play about a particular World War II Bomb Group of the US Army Air Corps in the Mediterrrean & East European Theaters.

I have a beautiful wife named Gina, a daughter, Allison, and a five year old granddaughter, Emily. Whenever I can, I try to feed by second addiction which is salt water fishing.

Interests: writing, reading, research activities, saltwater fishing, self-improvement activities, staying healthy. I like hunting, tennis, spectator sports, horses, and making money in my professional endeavors.
