For the past few years, I have worked with felony juvenile offenders in helping them change their lives for the better. It's challenging work, but can be rewarding when you see a kid finally get it.
I have written since I was 8-years old. Writing is as much a part of me as a brush is part of a artist. I create stories constantly and love to bounce them off my willing "victims" (they actually love to here the stories I tell them unfold). I want to write as long as God allows me and help people through what I write. I believe a story needs to change someone internally or it's not a good story. Writing is a way to reach those who would not other wise seek out help. A writer can reach her arms out to a hurting soul and hug them a 1000 miles away. The writer and reader become one in a world created just for the two of them. That's why I love to write. I want to help people escape and become renewed. Interests: I am interested in \"good\" books and movies. I love to create new characters and get lost in writing.
