Ecclectic!!! That's the best word I can use to describe my writing. I'd add more exclamation points, but there isn't enough room to show my readers the passion I feel for everything I write.

But writing can be a double edged sword. I learnt that the hard way when I accepted to write a weekly column on tax issues which included advice to small business owners. Everyone with a problem would write or call and ask me for my time. Of course, I felt strongly about everything I wrote, so I made sure anyone who wrote received my personal attention. Their problems became mine.
It may have given me the exposure I needed to boost my moral and pocketbook, but it took a lot of time away from my writing. I was told my column would be cancelled the very week I was ready to quit. The fire in me had been quashed and it took me two years to recover.
During that time, I couldn't even open up the portfolio which held my story ideas, characterizations, and outlines. That was until a few months ago when I decided to invest in a new computer and transfer some of my files from the old to the new.

Interests: Tax issues, advice column for small businesses Fiction, mostly satire, humor, some mystery
