Ralph Phifer lives in Mooresville, NC with his wife Bridget and their children Christopher and Destini where he pastors Impacting Word Church, Inc. They served as youth pastors and children’s ministers for several years in Oklahoma. They’ve ministered in prisons and various churches throughout the states. Their anointed message of purpose and destiny has blessed many. Ralph is a native of Mooresville, NC. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a football scholarship and was a four-year letterman. He received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 1988. He graduated from School of Life Bible School in Sand Springs, Oklahoma in 2000.
Ralph's first completed manuscript has a working title, "Your Decisions Determine Your Destiny." This manuscript has been professionally edited and is ready to be published. In this book he shows that it is up to you to walk out the plan God has for your life. He talks about principles such as the choice is yours, your decisions affect others, decisions have consequences, and you can bounce back from bad decisions, steps to making good decisions and more.
