Jim is a freelance writer and editor living in Seville, Spain.

In addition to being an Associate Editor for Inkwell Newswatch magazine, Jim contributes book reviews to, and Jim has also written for various magazines, including Actual Sevilla Magazine, InSeville Magazine, the online music magazine, Glimpse Abroad magazine, Impressions magazine, and many others. Jim also posts stories on his own website and regularly updates an audio podcast, which can be found at iTunes under "It's Those Foreigners".

A portion of Jim's novel, Every Thing Counts, appeared in the anthology "Falling in Love Again", from Outrider Press, and another portion of Every Thing Counts was shortlisted for the Glimmer Train Press Fall 2005 New Writers Award.
