Home page:

WWII in Europe seen through a Child's Eyes is the topic of Alice's book BY HANDS OF STRANGERS, A story of God's Providence.

Ugly war scenes replayed their images in Alice's mind. She cried out, "God why did you leave me alone?" God answered, "I cared for you By Hands of Strangers."

Alice Lewis attended Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota and has a Ministry Certificate from Berean College. She has done some writing and published an article in Decision magazine titled Our Refugee Christmas. The following year it was translated into German and published in Enscheidung. Her desire to share with the world how God has rescued her from many dangers inspired her to write her first book.

Through the years Alice has worn many hats: office worker, stay-at-home mom, home school teacher, daycare teacher and latchkey teacher. She was a Sunday school teacher and a Sunday School Superintendent at Abundant Life Community Church in Blaine, Minnesota.

Alice and her husband have three grown children and five grandchildren. They are retired and live in Arizona near one of their children.
