Whether inspirational or scholary, non-fiction or short story fiction, this bursting heart wants to free the deeper issues of being and engage culture to the complexities of life and spirit; hope for thwarted dreams, on the one hand. On the other hand are tales of hardship and hope among the refugees I serve. What better way to give a voice to the voiceless than through the tapestry of images woven into short stories.
