Born in London 1954, married with 3 children in their 20s. Andy has worked with horses and as a semi-pro musician for over 25 years and is a qualified tertiary lecturer. In 1993 he established the White Horse Equine Ethology Project to study equine social behavior. His first book, inspired by the project, was published online at www.equine-behavior.com in 1998, and has been accessed by users and members from 102 countries worldwide, including faculty and students from over 1250 universities, colleges and centers of tertiary education in 67 countries.
He has sold articles to equestrian magazines in Belgium, England, France, Germany and Argentina and is recognised as a leading authority on equine social behavior and psychology.
