My name's Dashiell Coleman (named after Dashiell Hammett, renowned early 20th century American author who's most famous work is the novel, The Maltese Falcon) but I'm known primarily, and comfortably as Dash. I enjoy writing immensly and think that I can express myself rather adequatley through writing's unique artform. I hope with all sincerity to pursue some type of career in writing, although I doubt I will ever get published for any type of short story or poem that I've written, I do intend to pursue a career in jornalism, preferably newspaper if at all possible. Interests: I enjoy the idea of being outdoors. Backpacking is fundemental to me. I enjoy writing, obviously. More specifically, I'm interested in completing an degree in journalism.
