I love to write. I'm passionate about it. Everyday, as I put pen to paper — or hit the
keyboard — for Nigeria's foremost newspaper, The Guardian, I shudder because really,
my dreams are to be more than a rising journalist. I wish to be a well-received writer of
fiction. I'm trying to figure out when the big break will come.
I am 26 going on 27 and I have a collection of realistic stories about being a young
person in Nigeria, especially on the campuses. It's hard, harsh, unpredictable, and
