After college I managed to get a job with Microsoft Corp and have been supporting various products with them for the past 11 years. I have supported applications such as Excel, Project, Outlook and Exchange Server. Not sure if you really need 10 computers to support all these products, but that's how I do it.
I have written dozens of articles on how the products work as well as how they don't work. I have also done advanced troubleshooting documents for Outlook and Exchange.
I am very adept at computers and their topics and have been known to play a mean game of Diablo and Rise of Nations.
I am currently looking to expand my writing skills by working on more technical documents and projects.
