I am a University graduate, having obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree - with a major in English. I spent eight years working as an Early Childhood Educator, spending time with children of all ages - including those with special needs. I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends, and most of all spending time with my husband and five children.
I have two brothers and two sisters, and an extended family that includes seven nephews and six nieces. After the birth of my second child, I decided to stay home and watch children -- until my third baby was born, and now have taken time off to focus on family and writing.
My writing interests began when I was a young girl, beginning with short stories and poems - to my first 'book' in grade four entitled "The Mystery of the Missing Horse". Why write mysteries? They keep my interest as well as my readers'. I love to leave my readers hanging at the end of a chapter - unable to put it down until a later time. My method? I create the characters and let THEM write the story. My favorite genre to write is romantic suspense, but I read all different types, and am willing to try something new. My next objective is to try my hand at writing for children. Keep an eye out for updates!! Interests: I love to read (when I can find the time), work outside in the yard, horse-back riding, walking the malls with my mother, hanging out with my friends -- but most of all spending time with my family. I love to watch movies, and am a sucker for a happy end
