E. Dian Moore

Agent: agentname
Moundsville, West Virginia, United States

"I am a Christian woman who loves God, my husband, my children, family and friends. I also happen to love to read and write. I began writing in high school, many eons ago, where I fell in love with the creative process and lived for writing assignments, much to the dismay of my classmates.

As I continue to grow as a Christian and a Writer, I hope to reveal God's presence in my works, and to invite others into His presence by example.

I have been a paralegal, bank manager, internal auditor, accountant, home-sales consultant, sexual assault victimís advocate, cheerleading coach, photographer, web designer, publicist and a school secretary.

I keep moving forward to utilize the creative gifts which God has given me, even though I struggle daily with physical disabilities that threaten my hands, my body and my life. In 2004, I was forced to give up my much-loved full-time job as a school secretary. Since then, I've strived to turn lemons into lemonade.

What does someone do with their day when they were used to working full time? I found I can write for only minutes at a time, and those times must be carefully spaced. Sometimes, the best time is late at night. Mornings are out of the question. And, I can't type sitting in a normal chair.

But when God is involved, hope is fulfilled. I now have a lovely laptop and a recliner and can read and browse, do book reviews in exchange for a book, and learn my craft. Once a month, I write a free article for Faithwriters and Central Appalachia Christian News. I try to enter a Faithwriters' Challenge at least once a month. Now, if I can teach the computer to take dictation - I have several books careening around inside my mind, clamoring for the right to be put on paper through the fingers that extend from my hands of hope.

When I have breathed my last, I hope to have been all things I was meant to be to the people that God put in my path."
