I am a full-time freelance writer and editor in New York and the author of ten commercially published non-fiction books on a variety of subjects that are currently (or soon to be) sold in bookstores worldwide. Six of these books are under my name as author, and the others are ghostwritten titles. Additionally, I have written articles for national magazines such as Woman's Day, Travel Savvy, His & Hers, and Medical Economics, and I'm a magna cum laude college graduate with a B.A. in English. I'm also a member or former member of several professional associations, including the Society of Professional Journalists and the American Society of Journalists and Authors.
My book, "52 Weeks of Passionate Sex," sold out its first printing to the stores within a week of its release. Another book, "Hummingbirds: Jewels On Air," contains eight of my photographs.
I maintain a nature photography website at VotawPhotography.com, and I teach an online course for SelfHealingExpressions.com called "Discovering Your Life Purpose." I have produced two meditation CD's (one containing a lecture) called "The Creative Impulse" and "Discovering Your Life Purpose," which are sold through websites such as TowerRecords.com and iTunes.
