When I was in sixth grade, I moved on to short stories. By the time I was fourteen years old, I had finished my first manuscript. Thirteen years later, I have completed nearly seven manuscripts. As long as I can recall, all I have ever wanted to do was write. I have won a few awards over my time with my writing. When I was sixteen, I was offered a summer scholarship to the Governor's School of Arts. All I want to do is write. It's the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing when I go to sleep. Whether my work makes me rich and famous or not is not a factor in my dreams. Fortune and fame isn't my goal. Writing down my thoughts from my own private world is. It's what I was meant to do.
