Born in Sleepy Hollow in 1949, Christopher Cole attended Cathedral College Seminary in Douglaston Queens, New York. He recieved a BA in English from Lehman College in 1972. A Baby boomer and product of the Sixties, he was one of 500,000 who attended The Woodstock Rock Festival in White Lake in 1969. Like so many of his fellow comrades disillusioned with the fall-out of that era, he turned to business and embraced the corporate lifestyle. He is a highly accomplished auto executive, having spent thirty years honing his craft.
The Sixties were a time of deep spiritual searching and strife for his generation. His writing addresses those issues so vital then, and even more relevant today.
Author of "The Closer's Song" ISBN# 0738851175, and featured in the international poetry anthology "Muse Whispers". Samples of his prose and poetry can be found on his website www.geocities.com/closerssong/homepage.html
