The husband and wife team has interviewed a virtual “Who’s Who” of America’s leading chefs, cookbook authors, restaurateurs, and restaurant critics, regarding best practices in all aspects of the restaurant industry, and their books have been required reading at leading culinary schools, colleges and universities, and corporations.
Page has consulted with Fortune 500 food and beverage companies on issues related to marketing, strategy and business development. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, whose alumnae network she heads, and of Northwestern University, whose president appointed her to The Council of 100, an organization of Northwestern’s 100 leading professional alumnae.
