My writing career actually started out as an editing career! There came a point when I suddenly realized I didn't want to tidy up anyone else's work anymore. I just wanted to do it myself...
Since that point in time I've written on a vast array of subjects. Primarily, I'm now concentrating on search engine optimized copywriting, or SEO copywriting. Providing content for websites is both challenging and rewarding. I love it.
I’ve also written three non-fiction books, the first being published in August 2003:
Jordan and Syria for the Marshall Cavendish/Gareth Stevens series, Countries of the World, and Islam: The Facts: An Account of What True Muslims Really Think and Feel, which I'm now self publishing.
I have two more books in the pipes: The Empowered Writer and PCOS Revealed. I will also be self publishing those.
Previously I contributed to the Gale Encyclopedia of Alternative Medicine and the epublication Diabetic Alternatives. However, I'm currently in such demand as a copywriter that I don't think I'll have much time for this kind of writing, at least in the near future.
